Founded in 2007

Founded in 2007, our daycare program focuses on key elements which contribute to a child’s development, self-esteem, and confidence – including problem solving, decision making, and self-help skills.

Deciding on day care for your child is a very personal decision. It is important to get all of the facts about a facility before you decide.
We understand these concerns and we hope this site will help educate you about Just Us Children – Child Care Program. We have put information about our programs, staff, and facilities here for you to learn more about us.

Chelsy’s Group Family Child Care Corp. is affiliated to the United Federation of Teachers (UFT. Our staff have been trained by New York State Office of Children and Family Services, ACS/CUNY Informal Family Child Care Project, Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and this time they are participating into the accreditation program for the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC))

March 25: Certificate for completion attended training for statutes and regulation pertaining to child care day care, issued by The United Federation of Teachers and the Bureau Child Care NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Marzo 27: EIP Award notification training Issued by National Association For Family Child Care ( NAFCC )for 90 hours accreditation training

Year 2013:

November 14: Attendant certificate for Administration and Management with a Focus on Child Day Care Regulation, issued by NYS Office of Children and Family Services.( OCFS)
Oct. 26: Attendant certificated the ACS-CUNY Professional Development Training about Policies and Procedures (ACS-CACFP food safety (CUNY) and food safety Being Intentional about Children’s Social Emotional Development CACFP Policies and Procedures.
Sept. 26: Attendant certificated for Health, Safety and Nutrition with a Focus on obesity Issued by NYS Office of Children and Family Services. OCFS
June 20: Attendant certificate for Observation and Assessment with a focus on School Readiness issued by NYS Office of Children and Family Services.
May 4: attendant certificated for Policies and Procedures (ACS-CACFP) Menu Planning (CUNY), issued by Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
APRIL 25: Attendant certificated for Child Growth and Development with a focus on Autism, Issued by NYS Office of Children and Family Services. OCFS
